The water was not warm enough to take showers, had to use the luke warm water to shower and the parking spots were taken up with snow and not cleaned for me to park.had to park some distance from the entrance.

There was a bug in our room. The key never worked. The tv was always having issues. When my son talked to the front desk it was pushed off to the manager and said, that he would call but he didn't. 2 weeks later my son had to call there.
