I put a credit card on file with front desk. I went to dinner in restuarant and filled out the check to bill it to my room. I went to bed and recieved a call that I did not pay my check. The bartender did not ask for my credit card. I assumed it would be charged to my room. I stay at Marriott over 25 nights a year never had this happen. This is disrespectful and terrible level of service I am being told the 2 areas do not overlap, not really my problem. Terrible staff communication

House keeping not provide enough towels daily. Need ask every time. Not replace the cup glass , once they take it. Never replace. House keeping for the daily cleaning is late. Even after 4PM, still not cleaning yet. I don’t think they even vacuum the floor. Room sound proof is really poor. You can listen what people talking next door

The service was so bad, the front desk left us waiting for one an hour at check in and they didn’t allow us to have our breakfast in the first day even though it was included in our reservation due to poor communication with Hotels.com

Rooms are clean. Property is noisy. No one answers the phone - -goes to corporate whose not helpful with check in Hotel is very noisy. People slamming doors screaming every night between midnight and four am. Would not recommend bringing any children to this hotel. Would not stay there again.
