I couldn't sleep due to a broken heater and excessive noise in the room. I had to change rooms six times because of the noise, and eventually, I was so exhausted from moving that I ended up sleeping in a room with no working heating. I was frustrated, wondering why I was going through all this when I paid to relax, but I held it in. On the last day, a cleaning staff member opened the door while I was still asleep, which was extremely startling. I will never stay at this hotel again.
