This stay was very disappointing and far from what I expected. The indoor pool was dirty, and the hot tub was in poor condition with cracked tiles coming loose, stepping on them was an awful experience. The room itself was not well kept: the carpet had visible dark stains and looked unclean. The walls were thin, so I could hear everything from the next room. To make things worse, around midnight there were multiple cars outside revving their engines for over half an hour, making it impossible to sleep. When I called the front desk, the staff brushed it off and acted as if they couldn’t hear the noise, offering no solution. It felt like they were either unwilling or unable to handle what seemed to be a recurring problem. For the high nightly rate charged, the experience was unacceptable. This property is advertised as a luxury hotel, but nothing about it felt luxurious. In fact, it was worse than budget motels I’ve stayed at. Everything here felt outdated and poorly maintained.
