I stayed at this location with my family for a week. We requested housekeeping 3 times. We needed clean towels, toilet paper and sheets. They did not come not even once. We went out to buy our own things because they just never came and we were in huge need of it. We had 3 kids under 6 with us. It was important for us to make sure they were in a clean environment. They had breakfast every morning but the older woman overseeing breakfast harassed my husband everytime we came and ate with the kids because the kids inconveniently were being too loud and messy although we really tried cleaning up after them. She kept asking us why were the kids so messy. They are 1, 3 and 6. They are just children. It embarrassed us and many times, we did not head down to breakfast to avoid the humiliation. My kids dreaded going down there. The hotel constantly smelled like someone was smoking cannabis. It truly was a poor experience.

The location was close to our family and the room size was great for my husband who is disabled. However, our room was not cleaned in ten days and I had to ask for towels daily and put the trash outside in the hallway.
