The room was complete filth,stained sheets,floors were disgusting,dried liquid on night stand,toilet didn’t flush,if I could try and give it one star,I wouldn’t .Pictures were nothing compared to what the room really is.Not Hotels.com’s fault because they’re always awesome,but the hotel itself needs to be shut down.Not to mention the people that are staying there and have the hallways smelling like smoke.If you don’t want to be disturbed by yelling and sleeping in filth,do NOT stay here.Never again and I am never one to complain or write reviews but never in my life have I ever stayed in a hotel in that condition.Hotel refused to give refund for my scheduled two day stay after telling them I’m checking out because it was impossible to stay there.

Didn’t get the room I paid for was placed in a room out of service with no tv then moved to the next room by it which had rust on fake wood tub was stained as if a mat used to be there and and it was cracked and rusty the blow dryer was cord was cut and missing and the coffee packs where already opened there was a crack big enough for a small rodent to fit through the most terrible two days stuff wasn’t like this post Covid if you have folks on the first floor please take better care of them it’s very close to the exits
