When we first arrived, we weren’t sure that we were at the right place because the property looked abandoned. The parking lot was a mess of haphazardly staged vehicles, broken up concrete, zero landscaping care, and almost no lighting (we arrived close to midnight). We parked in what we thought was in between the lines, covered our faces to avoid secondhand from the woman smoking next to the front door, and went inside. The clerk at the front desk was helpful and friendly, and I felt bad for her for having to be bothered by two tween girls loitering in the lobby alone (although that’s a parenting failure and not the hotel’s fault). However, the lobby and hallways were absolutely filthy. When we got to the room, I was disappointed to see that it had hardwood floors, even though the pictures on the website only showed carpeted rooms. While this isn’t a critique on hardwood vs. carpet, I have my preference - and I wouldn’t have booked had I known that the room floor was bare. While the room itself was mostly clean, the bathroom was a concern. The ceiling in the shower were dirty, rusted, and not secure from whoever or whatever was up there last. The sink had no hot water at all, and the towels and washcloths were dirty. When I asked for more from the front desk, she gave me towels and asked for our room number to bring the washcloths because she didn’t have anymore. We never saw her again. The pictures do not accurately represent the current condition of the property.

I did not stay at the hotel. I checked in, stayed for an hour and then left the hotel. I felt unsafe, very uncomfortable with the surroundings, the carpets were torn and run down, the elevators was dirty, the rooms was clean but looks so worn out, old, the bathroom was rusty, bathtub had ingrained stains, toilet bowl cover eas cracked, saw some bugs crawling around. This is why i mainly left the hotel and checked into the Doubletree

The hotel was conveniently located and have dining options adjacent to it, also in front of it, there's a nice restaurant. Our room is on the second floor. The room is big, and spacious, and there's a refrigerator and microwave, which is really impressive for the cheap price compared to other hotels. Bathroom is very clean. Easy to check in and check out, no hassle. We were actually only going to stay overnight, but we stayed the following night, to explore the place and to relax. Overall, this hotel is good.

We had to change our room twice due to 1st room not being cleaned smelt like mildew. 2nd room had no air conditioning. I get things happen but the fact that they just let us wait for over half and hour with my young children in the 2nd room until they finally gave us the room right across that had literally nobody in! Bad customer service!

The bathroom was gross. Ceiling tiles were caving in due to no bathroom ventilation. I pulled out a towel after showering and folded in the towel was a long black hair. It was a folded "clean towel". Dont expect to sleep as people are yelling and screaming in the halls at 3am or so. The refrigerator was dirty and the mocrowave was only slightly better. The vending machines don't work well. The only good thing is the location, not far from anything.
