Yes, parking was excellent. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Room was clean & neat. The only thing I had an issue with was there was no chain lock on the door. Maintenance man said he would come fix it in the morning.

Bad service, hotel staff is terrible and don’t even have pillows or towels in the room you have to ask for them at the receptionist and went I went to check in they couldn’t find my reservation I guess they gave my room to someone else.

The photos bear no resemblance to reality. When you use booking apps, they give you the worst room of all. We paid extra for the microwave, but we never got one. The rooms are completely filthy. Don't even think about looking under the bed because you'll find other guests' messes. The TV doesn't work, the hairdryer doesn't work, the coffeemaker doesn't work, and they don't have a phone to contact reception. In short, everything is dirty and in poor condition.
