When we pulled up to the hotel I was disappointed with the location. But when we got inside it was well equipped, well staffed, quiet, clean and one of the better hotels I have stayed in. We were there for a medical visit and needed a quite spacious place to come back to each night. Hyatt Place Fair Lawn was everything we needed. Thank you. we will return next time.

Rooms are in need of renovations. Couch is worn and uncomfortable and could not be slept on. We have been coming to the hotel for quite a few Christmases but it is getting worn down. Like I said it needs some renovations and freshening up. Breakfast could be a bit better with more variety. Indoor pool was not open and did not state this in the advertisement.

Staff not friendly, food not good, pool was under maintenance, the location of the hotel, is very close the free way, its very hard to go in and out coz of the traffic , we got lost 3 times, not recommendable at all
