We loved all staff working there. Everyone was very friendly and nice, making us feel like we were at home. Facility was very clean and breakfast was well managed despite big group that were there-refill of food was done properly and the tables were cleaned in time for rotation. Only thing was the carpet itself is very old and we could smell old wet carpet smell in the room (used to be smoking room in old days smell, i remember this smell from visiting Vegas rooms when I was little) but this may need remodeling 😅 otherwise, we loved our stay! Room was very spacious. We loved having table to get work done. The counter top and drawer design was well thought out so we could put all our luggages off the floor.

My go to

This is my go to hotel when I’m visiting the area. My only ‘complaint’ is that the rooms don’t have microwave ovens. Why is that? Even a Holiday Express has them.

The bath tub didn’t drain and when advised the front desk I was advised the “engineer” is not in so I had to change rooms to take a shower. This is waiting until the next morning and then advising the front desk and then calling for a third time. The exit to get on the road is very dangerous. I also didn’t like when I advised them my daughter was there to take a test even though we were there in person they said they could only guarantee if pay for the more expensive room on Expedia. Not very honest at all!!!

The hotel is right off the highway so it’s extremely noisy. You can definitely hear cars honking consistently. I initially was put in a room facing the highway which was rough due to the noise. Fortunately I was able to switch rooms to a room facing the opposite side of the highway. I would definitely recommend doing so ahead of time. The cleanliness of the room was also a bit disappointing. There was hair left in the bathtub and a few ants in the bed :/

Relaxing!

Everything was good from friendly staff to clean rooms. Beds and couch were comfortable and the room was very quiet and peaceful. Honestly the only thing missing from the room was a microwave when I could have heated up leftover meal instead had to go out and get dinner at a local restaurant. Besides that I would highly recommend and will return again if needed.
