I liked how easy it was to go to NYC by bus and to American Dream. I did not like that the breakfast was cold, the toaster was broken, the elevator was so slow for not many floors, no safe in the room, & site says there is a pool and there is not a pool anywhere.

The hotel is very outdated, with an unprofessional and unhelpful staff member in the morning hours. Prior to our arrival, I sent the hotel several questions by email (four times) and never received a response. There is significant noise from the nearby road, train, and airport, and the air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. On the positive side, the location is convenient, there is plenty of parking, and the rooms are spacious.

We couldn't find a last minute hotel in Manhattan, and were grateful to find a room at this hotel. It would be convenient if attending an event at the Meadowlands. We had to take a NJ Transit bus out there (~20min ride) which was fine, dropped us off right across the street from the hotel and picked us up directly in front of the hotel in the am. It's on a highway so not walkable. Free breakfast was helpful, we appreciated the attempt at having healthier options. Staff was polite, check in was easy, facility was fine, not fancy, but had everything we needed. seemed like a family-friendly crowd in town for events or sightseeing like us.

The breakfast options were pretty good and the staff really helpful we had a lot of stuff in our room and they just clear around it nothing went missing which was a concern for me the bed was comfortable good working ac but we turned it off it is not something we needed. Not and cold showers were great clean and spacious bathroom I would stay here again and overs came very quickly
