The property is great, nicely located, beautiful views and all, however their entire HVAC was out of commission during our stay. The room was incredibly hot and humid with no AC and it was a hot day! The entire building and facility was out of commission from having AC. We paid over $550 for one night and had a terrible night of sleep, having to take a cold shower every 15 minutes just to keep up and stay comfortable. The hotel owes us a complimentary night to make up for this terrible experience!

Disappointed

Pretty expensive room rate. When we were ready to go to sleep, we tried to plug in phones. Not one (of the 3) usb ports worked. Called the desk- said we could move (but we were already unpacked and ready to sleep. Asked if they could fix next day, which they assured us. Back next night and nothing done. Called again and they offered some Marriott points. That’s not the point. When you have a higher end property, make sure things work. If they don’t work, make sure they get fixed promptly.

The hotel was clean, staff had good customer service and helpful with information in regards to dining, activities near, etc. The view across the river, displaying NY was beautiful!
