On a good note, We enjoyed the amenities such as pool and gym, and the fact that they include a hot breakfast is a plus. On the other hand, the front desk staffs weren’t friendly at all, they rather made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming, and this isn’t what you would expect from hotel staffs. They didn’t even greet upon entering the building. The male staff with tattoo on his neck rather made us feel intimidated more than anything, and he was a bit rude. I am surprised that the level of customer service is below average at this hotel.

La Quinta was a perfect one night stay for my boyfriend and I. We spent the day at the American Dream mall and needed a place to stay for the night before heading home to CT. We booked last minute and had an enjoyable stay. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Lots of families also staying at the same time as us. Looks like the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast was simple and filling as well.

Great for a quick weekend getaway
The hotel was quiet. It was nice to have the attached red robbin next door...however if you got your room key but went to eat before heading up to your room you would miss the opportunity to know that they offered 10% off if you showed your room key (this happened to us). They had great breakfast options and the dining area staff were very attentive. We received a courtesy 12om checkout which was very helpful. I would definitely book here again!
