There was a slight issue with the room we originally booked, so we got upgraded to a luxury suite. The room was spectacular! The beds were so comfortable with the most amazing sheets and blankets. The room was so spacious and beautifully decorated! They definitely went above and beyond to make up for the room confusion. Such a great hotel and a very memorable stay for us.

Lovely Casino one of the best I have been at for me. Very clean and civilised compared to others. The only thing I would love is a run trail created by the lake. I know the goal is to keep people in casino but the runners are going to run and so make it a little easier for us please.

Got to the property 2 hours after check in time plenty of time to have my room ready.. I did not get into my room until at least 10 no type of compensation for missing my dinner reservation staff had no idea why my room wasn’t ready never was told why they then proceeded to move my room to a different tower and a handicap room at that and was never even told I was going to be put in that room .. overall I love Mohegan sun but this was a experience I wish to never have again and was very surprised I didn’t even get some type of compensation for all these inconveniences
