Amazing restaurants at the hotel. Staff was friendly, accommodating, helpful. Casino was very clean, smoke free. Excellent shopping. Amazing spa. Just wish that Expedia would stop or clarify that the hotel stays are in the original part of the hotel and start offering stays in the updated rooms. I’m so tired of seeing the grand hotels then finding my rooms to be plainer and not the luxury room. Just add a note while we are looking at rooms. I’ll gladly pay more if I knew the room has been updated and not one of the original rooms. This happens all the time.

First room we were put in was quite noisy. I heard toilets flushing, doors slamming and people yelling all night. But the staff put us into another room on the same floor with no issues and it was much quieter!!!

Needs a good cleaning

There was food and spillage still in the refrigerator. Behind the TV and lamps was lots of dust. You could see they only vacuumed the center of the rug not the edges. The elevator had lots of fingerprints all over it. The ice machine has graffiti on it.

I have no complaints what so ever.Every staff person I interacted with could not have been anymore pleasant , and helpful. From Valet ,restaurant and housekeeping, and security .excellent. I do have one complaint,I was forced to a lot of walking. lol (which was much needed). Wish it wasn’t so far from Pa. I would be there everyday. THANKS

After checking out, I realized I left my cell phone in the room. I went to the concierge for help and met Antonio who went out of his way to find out that the room had been cleaned and my phone had been turned into Security. He brought me to Security to pick it up. Thank you to housekeeping, Security and especially Antonio.

The staff was amazing we needed housekeeping for a spill and they came right away. Unfortunately the big bummer was pool hours as we arrived after 5 and my plan was to swim and use the hot tub however closes at 6. I stayed there for the pool but otherwise everything was great
