The staff was very helpful! The hotel looked a little outdated but the room was clean and comfortable. There were 2 issues with the room first the mini fridge did not get cold and second the shampoo and conditioner were open and only half full. I think when you pay over $300 for a room for 1 night those things shouldn't happen.

Wont stay there again Staff is totally unaware that the entire complex is non smoking. Yet when you check in aswell as book your room they ask smoking or non smoking! They also told us that some of the casinos were smoking not true. From the very moment we got there the elevator from the parking lot to enter was covered in filth floor to ceiling and was still like that when we checked out. Watched staff walk past garbage on the floor pick one thing up walk past the next. Truly gross!

When I got there, they insisted that I had booked for the 8th and I couldn't do anything so I was unable to stay there, plus I couldn't get in touch with Expedia so I lost my money (no refund).

First off when I booked this I asked for a nonsmoking room we arrive and are told we have to get a smoking room. Secondly we had to move rooms, the first room was full of hair in the jacuzzi tub like actually shaving hair it was disgusting. Everything was so outdated and the bed was so uncomfortable. Even the second room was gross like I had to actually clean it with my products to even feel sanitary. I prob will never go to the hotel ever again. The pictures online are lies and the actual place is nothing compared to it. If I can get a refund I’d be happy but never again. Just gross and not worth the money. I’ll stick to staying at the Foxtower.

Sink faucet leaked when the water was turned on and a plumber had to be called to fix it. They tried to call my room, but the phone didn't work so I didn't hear it (I was right next to it). Door lock latch had screws loose. Window handle had screws loose Expedia's search said they had a pool, but when I got to the hotel I was told the pool was closed since 2020. I could easily hear the neighboring room having loud sex at around 10:30pm which turned into loud talking and loud tv until midnight. When I called down to complain, I was told "they shouldn't be at it all night", and when I tried to talk to a manager about a refund I was told "well, this IS a casino, so you should expect that". Same manager said "since you paid less by booking through a 3rd party site, there is nothing we can do to give you a refund towards your room." I will say that they did return the "resort fee", but that was all and Expedia could do nothing since that manager had to give the approval. I will not be returning to Foxwoods again.
