The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, on the soft side and the shower was amazing.

Overall this is a good value for the area. The room was clean and a great location with an easy 5 minute drive to mohegan, but the place needs a deep cleaning in all the nooks that don’t get cleaned daily. The place is starting to get dated and Hallways have major unmatched paint touch ups and have a dingy smell, makes me wonder what else they cut corners on. Front desk representative was wearing sweats and a overly wrinkled shirt at check in, but was very nice. If you are looking for a casual room thats safe to sleep in with some hotel perks like the casino shuttle and breakfast then I would recommend this place. If you are looking to enjoy your hotel experience I would spend some extra at another hotel.

Small but very clean room, extremely pleasant front desk staff, simple breakfast with 24 hour coffee, and more than adequate parking. The price was definitely right, and I would stay here again if passing through. Note… There’s a fridge in the room, but no microwave. You can use the microwave in the lobby.

The people at the front desk greeted us cheerfully and advised us of the complementary tea & coffee. The room was comfortable and clean. The proximity to the casino was very convenient. Location location location 😊

This place is NO FRILLS. Walls were so thin that my 17yo heard people having sex from the hallway. “Conditioning Shampoo” instead of shampoo and conditioner. “Hand and body wash” in the shower. A small TV that can only be viewed from half the room. The pillows were half the size of normal pillows, like throw pillows. Not sure if they were being cheeky with a play on “micro”. Do yourself a favor. If you have it, spend an extra $50-$75 bucks to not feel like you should go home and take another shower.

Went there with my fiance for a Mohegan Sun trip. As soon as we got there the first floor had an overwhelming smell of weed. Even though there are no smoking signs. The room I was given was on the first floor. I had to ask for a change to another floor to get away from the smell. The person working the front desk didn't seem concerned about the smell. The hallway and rooms are very outdated and run down. I have been going there for a few years and i won't be returning after this last trip. The only thing I like is the shuttle to Mohegan Sun, but there are better hotels that offer shuttle services.
