The indoor water park was closed we weren't told anything ar check in about it beinf closed. The water park closed ar 5pm. So there was no more ro really do after 5pm. You could do the theme park but not many rides. The food court by the indoor water park was closed on monday. Our bath tub didn’t drain well showering. So that was nasty. I picked hotel rome and check out. Then they gave me building 10. So i had to pay more for hotel rome. Super disappointed with this stay. We drove 12 hours to go there. This place used to be the best. But it has went down hill big time. If i knew rhar before i would of never went there.

Stay three nights and during all three nights, there was no room cleaning no garbage pick up and no clean towels. We had to reuse the same towels, garbage got piled up, and they informed us that they do not make beds room do not get clean during the stay but a high resort fee is charged per day. During our stay, the police have to be called to stop a fight at the waterpark and adults got arrested, and in the night we heard the car alarms going off while we looked out the window and we had some people going through the cars.

Your hotel staff was very unorganized and unprofessional. We had a horrible stay experience because of your staff. I wouldn’t recommend you stay here. The park is fun that’s all .

No Longer worth our time or money

When we checked in they hit us with a hidden fee for our child even though the room stated they were included, our neighbors in the room next to us were fighting until the cops were called. The hotel staff was rude when I brought these issues up.

Our check in process was horrible. We were told there was no chance for getting into our room early, which is fine but there is usually always a chance. I was told I would receive a text when our room. Was ready with our room number. Check in was at 4. 4:20 came and went without a text. I called customer service and found out our room has been ready without a text notification. She said she'd send me an email with my reservation information...still no text and no room number. I had to call customer service again to get our room number. Very frustrating and irritated. Finally got our room info at about 4:40.

This property, especially building 11 “B” is THE WORST! There is no lock on the outside door. Employees are walking in and out because we are with the laundry!! The water park is 3/4 closed and trying to pack 500 people in a pool that can barely fit 100 is unsafe. There is no ice on site, weird people walking around the building. The manager at the hotel and supervisor with Expedia don’t care, they already got their money. This place is a DUMP! I will never return to this property nor will I ever use Expedia.

We broke down on the road and booked a hotel room. This was not the place to do that. You check in at one building and drive 6 minutes to your hotel room. No shuttle. Very inconvenient when we don’t have a vehicle. No disclaimer on travelocity.

The area is a run down motel nothing like their pictures its like a hotel for hoodlums to hang out and party definitely not "resort" style. The ammenities are nothing. The bath towels were worn, old, thin, very small and rough. The beds were terrible. The blankets were as hard and rough as straw. There were no dressers, etc for clothing the closet had 3 hangers, we had to call 3 times for additional blankets toilet paper and fresh towels which the dirty ones sat outside our room for a day. The entry way to the motel wasnt even locked so anyone can come and roam through to get to our room definitely not safe, the gap in the door was big enough for a rodent to get through if needed. Definitely very disappointed.
