The parking and locker situation for paying guest is unfortunate. The room was not clean. Dirt hair and shoe prints above the shower. The beds were OK. There was a lot of confusion where to go for check-in. Check-in staff did not provide much information when asked.

Great for family with kids, this is 4th time we always visit during October or winter time. Its a great deal hotel and amusement parks are free, hotel is ok has all the necesseties free parking, clean, kids love it. Its a great gataway for few days, next time i should visit during summer time since has more outdoor activities. During winter time it has indoor pool with few slides and rotating slide also indoor theme with games for kids. Overall is worth it

Definitely has not reinvested any money into this property! Rooms are run down and not clean. Kids were running up and down the hallways all night and jumping around on floor above us. Water park has been unkept and lacks overall appeal. Definitely will spend money elsewhere, it will definitely be worth a few more dollars.

Bathroom area was very small. No counter area. Bedding was horrible! Thin blanket/spread was super scratchy. Bring your own blanket. Check-in is about 2 miles away from your hotel room (yes you do have to drive). Entrance smelled of marijuana (this was a constant smell, not a one time smell). TV is small, but that didn't bother us.

Very disappointed. I would not have booked if I knew outdoor attractions were closed. Should have noted that somewhere. We upgraded our room to be located in the main building. They gave us the very first room in the lobby (loner room) where all the other rooms were behind closed doors. The music was on all night we couldn't sleep.
