Found some crumbs and a dead cockroach behind the end table upon first walking into my room. I was immediately given a second room. This room was not much better. Carpet is dirty behind bed and end tables. There was a cigarette behind the TV. This means nobody bothers to move furniture in order to vacuum. My toilet was also leaking. I left a note at the front desk the first day- nothing. Second day I told the guys at the front desk. He said somebody would be coming in in about an hour and they can take care of it- nothing. Third day I again said my toilet was leaking upon checkout. Hotel is rundown. I will never stay there again.

Comfortable bed, bonus was having a fridge in room. Clean shower. Wonderful hot tub in swim area. Overall quiet even with hotel being packed with kids. One downfall is the morning was you could hear people shutting their room doors. But overall a geeat hotel. Would stay there again!

Felt like the house of the property could have been cleaned up (yard taken care of) . Upon check in the gentleman hardly spoke. Other guests were extremely loud through the halls and banging on walls of neighbors. Bath towels were the size for a toddler. Saw housekeeping in the hallway one time during our 3 days there. Trashes were overflowing around building. Would not stay again!

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Great value. Disorganized in terms of what rooms are available but minor inconvenience. Easy to get to restaurants and Dells downtown.

This hotel is gross. Our room had hair all over the sheets, stains all over the blankets and furniture, a hole in the wall, and a missing toilet seat. The place smelled like mold. The room they gave us at first had not been cleaned (unmade beds, trash), so we had to switch rooms. The new room was disgusting.

This place was absolutely disgusting. Smears all over the walls, stains on all the linens. Every floor creaks like crazy I could hear the people above me anytime they moved, on top of clearly hearing the room next door. We found bed bug stains too. The front desk claims it wasn’t bed bugs but considering the mattresses were brand new.. yeah. Got a (partial) refund and immediately went elsewhere. I would rather sleep in my car than stay here again.

Breakfast was poor Items were cold and not replaced when empty. Bathtub drain was clogged. Maintenance never showed up. Sounds from upper floor were unacceptable. It sounded like someone was breaking through the ceiling. Never staying at super 8 again

Ongoing water leak in lobby area puddled over entire hall and soaked up into rug. Staff were confused as to which rooms we should have after calling ahead to verify late arrival. The rooms weren’t ready and we had to wait 45 minutes past midnight with small tired upset children. The staff were trying, but it seemed overbooked and disorganized. The fellow who cleaned the room had bad body odor and the smell lingered in the room for a few hours after he was done. Will probably use different hotel in the future for this location.

I feel awful writing this but bad experience for us! Front desk guy seemed a bit overwhelmed, our first room had blood stained bedding, we got moved because they said they said they didnt have staff to change bedding. The second room stunk of urine, had the smoke detector ripped out, wires all about and a brown/red smear on the wall that was indeed not paint. We were uncomfortable and told the front desk he said they was nothing orher than refund they could do. Thats what we took. Only to get the paperwork sent to me saying cancelation * paying cash* which we did not . Im still waiting on answers back from the hotel about a refund. just frustrating experience unfortunately 😕

The mold in bathroom was covered by paint. The fridge didn’t stay cold. Between the seven layers of mattress covers there was mold. It’s was gross.
