The lady at check in was fantastic. All of the pools were working at check in however our last day here one was down for what I think was maintenance. We still had an awesome time. The employees were very very accommodating and friendly the entire stay. And we will absolutely be staying again.

Extremely nice staff! And the rooms were nice and comfortable! The only downfall was that the outdoor pools were closed. And a receptionist (woman with red hair) was pretty rude! Other than that we had a good stay.

It was family friendly for sure, but you could tell the pool areas were dated and needed updating. The staff was nice and check in was easy. The hotel room smelled like mildew and left us congested and sneezing. The carpet was also sticky in some places and the drawers in the tv stand would never close. Over all not the worst.

Pools were great for the kids and clean. Our room was the worst part of everything. Sliding doors didn't lock, smelled moldy, toilet paper holder was following off the wall, huge cracks between both sides of the door. Price friendly and the rooms show it.
