The treehouse stay was cool. Rustic but cool. There should be more information about what consumers should bring i.e. blankets, towels, etc. The hot tub did not work in the 2nd building, the bathrooms were dirty, there was loud parties going on all throughout the night with no noise limitations. We had people playing guitars and singing loudly, trucks racing up and down the street behind the treehouse until 2 am and people speaking loudly outside until 4 am. When we went to check out there was no one at the front desk, the sign said 5 minutes they would return, I waited 5 minutes and no one was there to help. The lagoon swimming area and treehouse was really a cool amenity so if you can settle on dealing with all the other negatives and bask in the uniqueness of those two additions, this is a neat place to stay. Not 100% sure we would stay here again but it is not a "no" either.
