My check in was somewhat difficult. The individual was rude and seemed to have had a bad day. I found a couple of hairs in the bathtub and the battery in the fire alarm was “beeping” every two minutes. Due to the front desk closing down at 10pm, I had to listen to it all night into the following morning, until I checked out. Otherwise, the stay was very brief and acceptable.

The hotel was so noisy , and the front desk staff was unfriendly and unsmiling. The pool in the building we were in was closed, so we had to walk or drive to the main building to use pool. The shower water was also cold. I’ve never written a bad review before, but these circumstances forced me to.

For the money it met our needs. Rooms where clean with comfortable beds. The down sides were the pool was ice cold and the hot tub was lukewarm and didnt seem to be operating properly. No breakfast offering of any kind.

You can hear absolutely everything in the rooms next to you and especially the floor above you. Seems like the walls and floors are just decoration and provide no sound dampening at all. The elephant dance party above us at 2:30am was dismissed by front desk staff since the group “just got in” and “I’m sure they will settle down soon”….an hour later the “dance party” above us was still being heard loud and clear. The “Hot tub” was not very hot, more like a warm tub. Other than all that… our stay was fine.

The staff was nice. The pool was heated properly. I wish they didn’t have carpet in the rooms. But other thank that it was pretty good. We had an issue with one of their blankets being dirty, they immediately replaced it. Overall, good stay.
