Check in was an easy process. The guy was great, however they didn’t let us know that the washers and dryers were broken. The four days that we were there they weren’t available. Out of 4 elevators one was out of order, one sounded like it was metal on metal and only two were in working order.

Shower water was boiling hot, it was very uncomfortable and difficult to shower properly with the water not being able to be set on a cooler setting. Conditioner was completely out, seems they didn’t bother to restock it before our arrival.

We did not know about the airport shuttle. My fault. Our room was cleaned by 11 each day and well kept. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was all I could ask for and had a great variety. The staff was amazing. They had great attitudes and were very service oriented. Each and every staff member was super friendly and on point to help in any way that they could. Thank you for a great stay and we will be back next year!

Everything was great on our 2 night stay. The only complaint I do have is that the outside window was very dirty so I couldn't take a sunrise picture and have a clear, nice view of the city. Other than that, everything else was amazing. We will definitely be returning.
