I stayed at this hotel for two nights and was unfortunately disappointed with the experience. First, I had specifically booked a room with a king bed, but was given a twin bed instead, which was uncomfortable and not what I paid for. Secondly, after my first night, I returned to find that no room service had been provided—no cleaning, no fresh towels, nothing. I understand staffing shortages may affect service, but there was no communication about needing to request housekeeping in advance. These issues made the stay less enjoyable and not up to the standards I expected. I hope management improves communication and ensures that guests receive the room type and basic services they booked.

Sonesta for the win, great Disney stay!

The room was comfortable, the bed was ok.. kind of lumpy feeling but definitely sleepable. The shower and bathroom floor were a little dirty but other than that we really enjoyed the Disney theme throughout the hotel and our room 🎉

The ceiling was falling apart, the room was very basic, we requested house keeping and our room never got cleaned. The staff were nice but thats about the only positive.

Overall good stay. The bathroom had hair on the walls and dark spots on the floor of the tub. One towel had left over makeup from another guest. Would come here again if necessary but have had better. If that was visible worries me what else could be lingering. Staff was great. Didn’t report anything to front desk because I slept there over night and left so spent maybe 2 waking hours at the hotel. Had I been there multiple days I would have had this addressed.

The staff up front were amazing but the room had broken electrical fixtures. The room is directly next to the air conditioning units so it costantly vibrates the bed. The shower gel holder fell off and cut my wifes toe. The pillows were uncomfortable and it kept feeling like something was crawling on us
