I liked everything about the hotel, especially the location. We chose not to rent a car because I’m not a fan of driving in cities. Uber or Lyft to anywhere we needed to go was $6-12 each way, and was wayyyy cheaper and was less hassle than a rental car. The staff at the hotel is super friendly, and the the Burger Place restaurant in the hotel is super delish and has huge portions.

Evening lady that helped me check in was a bit rude and felt as if she was in a rush checking me in. She was speaking very rushed and quick that at certain points I was having trouble understanding her. Morning crew that helped me check in was great and had good customer service. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. They felt too overused and seemed ready for new mattresses. Location is great near Disney but unfortunately this Hotel left me a bit disappointed beacuse of the reasons stated above.

Location to Disneyland was extremely convenient. Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Comfortable rooms. The only negative was very slow elevator service.
