It was a long waiting until I was able to Check in. The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel too but the bathroom tile was very dirty I did not feel comfortable taking a shower barefooted. and that’s why I would not like to stay there again. I thought about taking pictures of it but my intentions were and are not to damage anyone reputation but it would be nice for the management to know this.

Upon check-in receptionist seemed irritated and not so friendly. After confirming our reservation check-in 7/16-7/20 and notes that we called to say that our flight will arrive early morning of 7/17 and to not release or charge any extra fees for late check-in. Although she still charged me the extra/late check-in. Finally get keys to room only to ear construction right outside of window. Then someone slipped a note under the door saying that the water will be shut off for a period of time. Would have been nice if we were informed PRIOR or at least during check-in.

Front desk staff were really nice. Room was nice and spacious. However, the bunk beds didn't work for our young kids as there's not a lot of guards for the top bunk. The bathroom didn't have an operational fan, which means there is mold in the bathroom. Outside of that though, the room is pretty clean and the bed was just fine. The pool is nice and large and plenty of towels by the pool. The hot tub was dirty with leaves and cloudy water, although it is nice and large as well. Unfortunately, while we were staying there was construction at the hotel so there was loud banging and construction vehicles while trying to enjoy the pool facilities. All in all happy with the stay for a reasonable price in the area. Would consider this property again when I am in the area next.

Arrived to check in. Was given room to go to. We were set up to go to a room on the 4th floor. Open entering room we walked into a room with a cart full on tools. And my children wanted to use he restroom but there was urine on the toilet seats. We called front desk and they told us we had to go back downstairs for another room. They didnt offer anything for the inconvenience, I felt the situation was not professional at all. And we also didn't like that the tv was not a smart tv, we had brought our laptop to connect but the tv did not allow us to use the hdmi setting.

The hotel itself was beautiful, the room was nice and the bathroom was really good sized. The service was great as well. The only negative thing I have to say about it was that they had construction work going outside and starting at 8am there was a jackhammer right outside my window. It would’ve been nice to know that ahead of my stay but it wasn’t too bad

Never again

Mildew in bathroom, fan in bathroom did not work. Under construction so wakened by jackhammering that went on and on. Thin walls so heard couple down the hall fighting “I’ll never marry you,” room next door country music full blast, room actors the hall little kids awake screaming till 1:30am and again starting at 6am never once heard the parents ask them to be quiet. Room in poor condition, dirty. Rugs in the hallway rippling so not safe especially for anyone unsteady on their feet.
