The service was great and the beds were comfortable. Issues with bathroom sink clogging on first day and the toilet is super low which is not pleasant for men. No guy wants to hit the toilet water because seat deaign sits so low over the toilet water

The highlight of our stay was the pool and outside amenities. The room was nothing special it looked like any other hotel room. During our stay of 3 nights housekeeping never stopped by once. Upon checking in the cost was not the same prices hotels.com said it would be. We made a reservation with the price being $555 for 3 nights including taxes and fees, when we checked into the hotel that price significantly increased to over $800 for our stay. When i asked them why it was so much more they stated it was because i booked through a 3rd party and they didn’t include taxes, fees, or parking. Wouldn’t stay here again and probably won’t ever book through hotels.com again.

This is a good hotel for families that are on a budget for Disney or just in the Anaheim area. The rooms are spacious. Needs a little bit of updating and the carpet was a little dirty but overall, this is a great hotel for families on a budget I would recommend it
