Stayed one night for a family trip to Disney. The location was GREAT! Only a 10-15 minute walk to the park entrance. On the downside, there was a lot of constriction going on when we were at the hotel. There was only one elevator working at the time of our stay which was super inconvenient at check out. On top of that, the gym was closed although we were able to use the Sheraton gym across the street. Finally, the water coming out of the bathroom sink was not clean at all, so I don’t know what the deal was there. Overall, it was a great value for the distance to the theme parks and maybe we just caught them at a bad time, so I would not avoid this hotel and I actually would consider staying here again in the future once all the construction is complete.

All the staff was so kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Convenient location, close to the park, food, stores and the shuttle stops right outside. The small convenience store inside the hotel was also perfect for late night needs. There’s only one entrance to the hotel which could be a hassle when you have kids and a million things to carry, but truly not the end of the world. Would def return and recommend!

There was only one elevator working. There was no water for certain hours. Staff was nice. Lobby was nice and clean but there was only one entrance in which was very inconvenient knowing where the parking is located. Our room door felt unsafe because the door wouldn’t lock all the way unless you slam the door shut. Walking distance from Disney is a plus but honestly I wouldn’t come again. The ac in the room said it was 68 but felt like 72-74 honestly. There was only one person doing checkout and was a long line. Very inconvenient. Won’t be returning but thank you for the stay.

Quite, room was clean. The bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way, tried to run the bath and black stuff came up from the drain, the toilet was the loudest thing ever there wasn't water half the day. The elevator stopped working 2nd day in and had the take the stair our last day with all our stuff

My family and I have stayed at Hotel Lulu every time we visit Disneyland because we’ve always had a great experience in the past. Unfortunately, this most recent stay wasn’t up to the usual standard. We had ants in the bathroom, and the app-controlled features in there weren’t working properly. On top of that, the water was out for a few hours, which made things really inconvenient, especially with kids. I wanted to share this feedback with you since we normally love staying at Hotel Lulu and hope to continue doing so in the future. I trust that these issues were temporary, but I felt it was important to let you know how they impacted our experience this time. Thank you for your time and attention.
