This stay wasn’t the best. Unfortunately, probably our last. The location works as far as walking distance to the parks. They are currently going through some kind of construction or renovation but with only one elevator, water getting shut off, water faucet was hard to shut off and toilet throwing water back up while flushing wasn’t the best experience. Maybe once everything gets fixed it will be more enjoyable.

I would love to give this hotel more stars because it is a nice, clean hotel with nice, clean rooms. However, during the first shower, I learned that the bathtub would not drain, leaving the water up to my ankles. It would take almost 30 minutes to drain after, leaving the next person unable to shower until then. When I requested maintenance from the front desk, I was assured someone would take care of it while we were gone all day at the park. The next morning, I trusted that I would not encounter the same problem, but I did. So once again, I had to request maintenance. By my 3rd shower of my stay, it was fixed. That experience really put a damper on the stay because otherwise, the hotel is a good location and seemed otherwise clean and friendly.

Hotel has been under construction for a while, asked Bell hop for help and they never showed since we were in the second building and you can't walk thru, asked to get room cleaned and new towels, never showed or cleaned room, asked a third time for towels and finally showed then got a notice water was being shut off, normally a great stay, but this one was not.

The hotel is in a decent location and is a manageable walk away from the main gate. We paid for early check in but our room wasn’t ready. The person at the front desk told us they would text us when the room was ready, which was supposed to be no later than 4pm. They even confirmed the phone number. We never received a text and finally went back to the desk at around 7pm and got our room. The deluxe room wasn’t anything special and we were advised that no one would be coming to the room to clean it or bring new towels unless we specifically requested it. Again, not very deluxe in my opinion. Also, only one elevator was working for the duration of our stay. It made early morning and checkout time difficult. All things considered, there are much better options in the area. We won’t stay here again.
