I tried this hotel for the first time with my family for a Disney vacation. I really enjoyed and appreciated the modern decor and vibe of the hotel. From chill electronica playing overhead to the cool art and architectural features to the Disney touches. The view overlooks both Disney parks and you get a private view of the nightly fireworks. The rooftop access is quite nice with an excellent view. Areas of improvement: a bell hop checked us in and didn’t really know how to use the system, the Valencia restaurant served under seasoned penne pasta and a burger with zero condiments at a luxury price point, and housekeeping was not very thorough and left one bed unmade and didn’t replace some toiletries. This place has a lot of potential but didn’t execute at a high level. Overall, we really liked our stay and may return in the future.

Great hotel!

Stayed one night for a disney event, but the one night displayed great customer service, cleanliness and location. the hotel and the room was a good size and very clean. great location and the customer service was very good. There were employees that greeted you even when they were done with work, as they were going home for the day. Looking forward to staying here again, thank you!

The only thing that was great were the staff. After my terrible experience I went and read the reviews, people constantly complaining about the staff. I had the opposite experience. Every person I spoke to was genuine, smiled, and did everything they could to their best capability. Thank you for that. The negatives to this place are first and foremost there is a $38 plus $5.70 tax for parking per night. I booked through Expedia and thought the parking “fee” was covered when it states “all taxes and fees included in total” when you go to reserve a room, you can tell the rooms and linens are not thoroughly cleaned(dirty hotel room), the bed was horrendous, I chose a room with a pillow top and all I felt was springs smashing my spine. I woke up extremely sore. The water coming out of the sink was cloudy and gross. The walls are super thin so you can hear your surrounding neighbors getting railed like I did. I’m glad I did not have young children with me to hear all that. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I will not be coming back

We’ve stayed here for several visits. We like the location and it is close to family. A little further if you’re interested in walking to Disney so I wouldn’t recommend it.
