The room was amazing no doubt! The staff not so much. They were super cold and unfriendly. $40 per day parking charges, $25 per day resort access fee was a rip off! We were so busy getting to and from Disney Land. Unfortunately, we couldn’t fully use the $25 per day allowance and we got charged anyway. When asked at checkout they weren’t flexible enough to let us use the lapsed amount for a coffee etc.. very rude and inflexible staff!

The water in the showers were interesting. The water would take forever to get warm. Once it was warmed it would just get hot and hotter. And again would take time for it to cool down.

The hotel staff was friendly and informative. Check in was a great experience. Housekeeping lacked a bit, The room had no hair drier and we had to request one. Our second day no washcloths, hand towels and coffee creamer were provided and had to be requested.

We booked for 2 nights and got a free upgrade from a King bed to 1 King bed and a bunk bed room because it was Valentines and some guests wanted to extended their stay. It was fine but the hotel did not tell us beforehand so it could have been courteous that way. It came as a surprise so I had to call front desk and asked about the change. I was upset solely for the fact that no one told me about the change. I believed I paid extra for Park view as well but I couldn't do anything since they said, rooms are not always guaranteed. What? I guess they were trying to accommodate everyone and wanted their hotel fully booked. On top of that, I'm not certain if we just misunderstood but a male receptionist told us that we have $25 credit each night we stay at the hotel to spend at the restaurant/store but at the end, we still got charged for it. There were a lot of hidden fees and parking was $100+ with tax, and rooms don't have a microwave so you would have to go to 1st floor to heat up your food which was inconvenient. Overall, it was a nice room and hotel, pool was decent, had a rooftop pool as well but I could've booked at another hotel with better accommodation. I don't think I'll book this hotel again. It's all just for the aesthetics. I wanted to have a smooth experience but it wasnt that. I suggest you don't book this hotel during peak seasons or holidays.

The rooms wee amazing and all the staff were super helpful and friendly. I was bummed to hear about a $25 dollar a day charge, but they made up for it by allowing $25 a day at their store or cafe to be charged to the room. Will be staying again and highly recommend

+ great location next to the freeway which made it convenient to get to all the colleges my daughter played softball at + ground floor pool and hottub were a great temp for feb weather +room was clean and comfortable +coffee shop had great options, i used it every morning + rooftop bar and restaurant had a great view of disneyland, and their fireworks -the 2 restaurants were expensive, wasn't planning to spend $100 on breakfast for 2 -rooftop adult only pool and hottub was not heated while i was there but no one communicated that, i was excited to sit in hot tub on the roof with the great view, went up there and it was off. please communicate if something is not working

Everything was wonderful. Only thing is housekeeper did not fully clean some days. Dirty bags and garbage left for days. Drink bottles were left on the counter 6 days out of 7 days. Had to take out the garbage myself.
