There was a surprise $45 parking fee ! and a $250 hold for accidentals … usually is just $100 even for hotels that are much nicer … otherwise the hotel is nice , new and clean . It’s right next to the highway so can be noisy , the area around is kind of industrial and not walkable at all

I came with my family, and our first night sleeping at the hotel, we all got really badly bitten by something all over our legs. The beds looked like they didn't clean them well and the bathroom was missing supplies.

I was very disappointed as I was told this was a great hotel. The beds were terrible so noisy. I complained to front desk and was ignored. My room was not cleaned and went back again to ask why the gentleman in room said that was normal and try to give me a free breakfast like that makes things better. I can pay for a breakfast like I had that morning. Only person that was helpful was the attendant at the rooftop restaurant. I felt that the front desk staff was not helpful or friendly at all.

I would stay here again and again! The property and the room were EXCEPTIONAL. Comfortable beds, clean showers + restrooms. Spacious closet & friendly staff. Easy access to from the parking garage to the hotel. Thank you so much for the stay! I look forward to staying at The Viv Anaheim soon!
