I stayed at this property over 4 days with my family of 3 - it was great overall; the staff were attentive and helpful whenever I asked questions or needed help, the room was clean and spacious. Transportation to Disneyland (our main purpose of the stay) was very straight-forward; you can pre-pay for the ART online, then refer to the website to track where the bus is and when it will get to the hotel, which happens to be every 20-30 minutes depending on the traffic, for the faction of the cost compared to calling an Uber. Also, you can watch the firework at Disneyland (at least part of it) from your room depending on the location; our room provided partial view of it, but I belive you can watch it much better from the rooftop bar, which was a luxury we couldn't enjoy as our 2 year old girl goes to bed way before the firework starts now the CONS: - make sure you keep a tally of all the receipts, as I noticed an error of being charged for something I didn't purchase; the hotel management staff corrected the error with the refund in the end after multiple exchange of emails, but it would've been better if this was avoided at the first place. - avoid ordering room service from Valencia's; they will charge extra fees (delivery fee and automatic 18% gradtitude on top of the total) without telling you upfront about it when placing the order, so unless you're ok with that extra fee to start with, better dine at the restaurant itself for the same food.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I trusted the stars and reviews I read. However, this hotel was very dirty. The carpets in the hallways look like they have never been vacuumed. We had room 534 and we were told it was an upgrade, so initially I was feeling good. However, there was no luggage cart available and we were told they couldn’t find them. So my husband and I, and one employee, lugged all of our luggage up to our to room on the 5th floor. We had no towels in our room and when we called about getting towels, they were only able to give us big ones because they had no small ones. We had light figures that did not work or turn on in our room and one broken outlet. The bathroom door had loose and broken parts. The room also got very warm and hot and we were unable to make it any cooler. When we arrived after our first night there our room was not serviced, so, we had to ask for more towels since it was not serviced. I also expressed my complaints to the women I spoke with on the phone and she said she made a note of them on our account and that Ben would be made aware and was good about giving credits. However, that did not happen. And when I called to discuss charges to my card after checking out, I learned nothing was noted on our file of my complaints. Also, the walk to the park from viv to gates of either park is about 1.15 miles, not a 15 min walk, as noted in hotel description. Don’t be mislead by the implied “upscaleness” of this hotel.

Nice rooms, laundry on site (1 Washer out of service), no detergent & dryer sheets (lil shop inside ran out), didnt clean elevator floors or hallway carpets, otherwise the updates are nice. Yes we will stay there again.

The hotel itself was decent and generally clean, and the staff was polite, which is why I’m giving three stars instead of fewer. However, guests should be aware of the many extra fees that were added to the stay. Several charges didn’t seem clearly explained upfront and felt unnecessary—more like a way to increase the total cost rather than genuine services.
