Great location. Book it early enough and the price is awesome. NO elevator for strollers. And it's valet only so you won't be able to just throw your stroller in the car. You'll find it's easier to just unload all the Disney bags and carry your sleeping child while your partner lugs the stroller up the stairs (with all the extras underneath) than go thru the hassle of asking valet for the keys and then the mental conversation .... do you tip if they didn't even have to touch the car. 🤔 if you're traveling alone with your stroller and child try and get them to confirm a 1st floor room. Onsite laundry is one washer and one dryer. Takes credit cards so that's helpful. Cute, clean "micro mart" on property. Staff is generally friendly. - I say generally cause they were great with me. But I heard some other conversations that would make me frustrated, Based on location alone.., and if I'm traveling with a partner and kids...book it for the convenience,

This property is tucked away and quiet for being on Harbor. The staff was so kind and helpful. Room was clean with lots of towels and comfortable beds. Parking is a different style but just make sure to communicate with staff if you need your vehicle from 12am-6am. Loved our stay!

The room was clean. Friday night we stopped in the office to pick up a few regular coffees. The worker that night, early morning 12:30, couldn't find any. Was kinda rude, asked why we would need them. Concerned about the parking and construction.Not sure if he understood me. We liked the walking distance to Disneyland!!
