There was blood on the toilet seat when we checked into our room. Overall staff were rude from the front desk to the restaurant. Manager was too busy to speak with us. Main advertisement is the rooftop restaurant and bar where you can watch fireworks. It was the main reason I booked here. We were told it was closed for a private event.

Westin Best
My partner and I loved this hotel and location. The breakfast @Tangerine was perfect and dinner w a view of the fireworks on the Rooftop Lounge was magic. Getting to the parks by cab was quick and seamless. Our room was comfy and cozy. We couldn't ask for a better experience and wished we stayed longer!

Fabulous!
It's expensive but totally worth it. I and my boyfriend stayed 4 nights and we loved being here. If I go to this area again, I will definately choose this hotel again. Very nice!

In room coffee supplies open and like they have been used or not changes after another guest. Bathroom has big shampoo and conditioner bottles. Body gel was empty. Good thing that my husband carries his bar soap, i was already in the shower
