It was a hassle to get housekeeping to come to my room. Had to call 4 times for them to come once. Breakfast buffet charged 20% automatic gratuity for poor service. Servers didn’t even have to try because they were guaranteed 20%.

I paid in advance when I made the reservation on Expedia. The Sheraton refused to even consider this had happened. They made me pay again when I checked in. So I had to pay for the room twice and hope that Expedia will refund me.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our Housekeeper Marta was super sweet and attentive to our needs over the 5 days we stayed. Always greeted us in the morning and had a quick friendly chat. Other than issues with TV, room was great.
