There was no free breakfast at 3:30am but there was a self pay convenience store. I bought a cliff bar that was expired by 7 months. The tub in the room drained very very slowly. Otherwise, nice staff and my 7 year old said it was the fanciest place he has stayed.

I am leaving this review to warn others about this hotel’s billing practices. I booked a single room for one night through Expedia. I was charged once by Expedia and then charged a second time directly by the hotel. When I addressed this at check-in, the staff explicitly told me it was a mistake and promised they would approve the refund request from Expedia. That was a lie. They have not processed the refund, and I am still out of pocket for a double charge on a single room. It is unacceptable to hold a guest's money hostage due to administrative incompetence. Avoid this place unless you want to pay double and fight for a refund.

I stay here at least once a month when I go to Los Angeles because it’s conveniently located right by LAX and the reason is because the rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly and the food is pretty decent downstairs and I like the gym facility because it’s well maintained so thank you for always being kind to me and I will see you in a couple of weeks and happy holidays, michael
