Fine. Pool had scheduled maintenance for our stay and I guess they don’t let communicate that. Bit of a let down. Room was dusty and dirty. Asked for our bottom bedding to be cleaned since there was crusty white/yellow fluid on it. Overall workers were good, just lacking cleanliness. Oh and our phone didn’t work and just never got fixed

The staff and the hotel are very nice and very pretty. The room is very comfortable. However, the snacks were very old and not edible. It had to be discarded yet I was still charged. There was no notice given at the pool was not usable. They didn’t allow me to go to the Sister property however that cost another $20 to use the valet and quite inconvenient to have to pack up and go somewhere else. The room should have been discounted or at least least I could’ve been notified. I would’ve chosen another hotel.

Porter’s and concierge were great. Hotel bar disappointing. Reception team , helpful, but always seem flustered. Room was great , not sure I’d stay again ! Disappointing that we weren’t told refurbishment underway & couldn’t use the pool.
