Had prepaid for a city view corner 2 bedroom executive suite. Arrived for them to tell us they oversold it. They put us in 2 bedroom standard suite which was much much smaller. The second bedroom was tiny with no windows. The bathrooms had curtained bath showers. Much more inferior suite. Further still, the room was not even ready at check in time and we had to wait an hour for it. No bedding given for the 3rd adult on the sofa couch. Asked for late checkout and repeatedly told to call on morning of checkout. Was then given only an extra hour. No refund given. Not warned ahead of time to be given chance to find other accommodation.
