Very pleasant staff from arrival to departure. Though I didn’t see it much,lol had Beautiful room, comfortable bed, linens. It was expensive nightly rate for my stay, I guess because of demand for these dates unfortunately. I wanted to be close to venue for concert and to feel safe to walk back and forth as needed. The restaurant on site staff was so pleasant and very accommodating. They offered to prepare me Gluten free French Toast like item that was on menu, using gluten free bread. I have celiac disease and this was so much appreciated. It was so delicious too. Thank you ☺️

excellent. Customer service. And Civic Center.

We had first class service here at the JW Marriott LA. Maria in the lounge area took really good care of us every night .Very professional, fun spirit , her graciousness to her guest was priceless. Also at the Ms Debbie in the restaurant was so good to us and was very attentive to our dietary needs.great customer service. We will definitely be back .
