Staff were friendly and ready to assist. Unfortuately, it does feel like its been some time since the room I was in had that extra bit of care: the mini fridge was not stabilized and constantly rocked with any weight, and the shower's valve needed an extreme amount of force to fully close. For the amount I paid for the room, this shouldn't have been an issue.
