Desperately needs renovation. Yuck.

One night stay for business: First room, the mini split AC kept turning off, there was literally condensation streaming down the wall. The room was dank and moldy. Complained so they put me in another dingy musty room, where the Air Conditioner at least worked but barely spit out any cool dry air. I just needed a cool dry clean place to sleep. They said it’s about to become a Marriott or something, which makes sense, it’s on its last legs as a usable establishment in its current state. Oh and Coffee Machine in lobby kitchen did not work either, one more slap in the face before I checked out.

Recent Stay This Week

The hotel was nice, felt basically safe in the area, close to many attractions. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was nice, just a little hot/stuffy, cant set the thermostat below 68 degrees, so when youre getting dressed little uncomfortable. Nowhere to set your own tolitries in the shower, nor to hang a wash cloth in the shower. My room had a slow drain in the sink, even after reporting it, room 226. The parking was good in the garage, 30.00 per day (in and out) however there's a little concrete build up right as you enter and exit that might scrape underneath the car as you exit, got me everytime and as soon as you exit there's a pot hole immediately after exiting, so trying to avoid the scape and pothole was challenging. Everything else was great, beds comfortable, the overall hotel aesthetics were nice, great stay for the price!

The room had a persistent musty smell and visible signs of mold, making the space feel damp and poorly maintained. The area around the hotel didn’t feel secure, with a constant presence of unhoused individuals right outside the entrance. There’s no dedicated parking, and finding a spot nearby was both frustrating and time-consuming. If comfort, cleanliness, and safety are priorities, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
