We are writing to express our deep disappointment with the quality of our recent stay at your hotel. During our entire 3-day visit, there was no access to hot water, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable—especially given the cold weather and the fact that we were traveling with our two young daughters. This issue significantly impacted our limited time in Los Angeles and turned what should have been an enjoyable trip into a very unpleasant experience.

Great stay except……

Everything was good except for parking and the street noise was outrageous in our room! We should have asked to move but my husband was too tired to move all our stuff. Parking garage was full so we parked on the street then we were afraid to move our car because there was no where to park. The staff were very nice, accommodating which made our stay wonderful!

Only reason I gave 3 stars to the property is there was no phone, tv was wall-mounted if you are in bunk bed there is no tv option. Good room if you have kids but the stairs are very slippery with socks on Staff were excellent 10/10

It was fine. The AC was noisy in the room. I wish there were complimentary water bottles in the fridge at least. They had a nice looking rec room in the lobby but the lights were off in that area and it didn't look accessible, so I didn't ask to use it.

Friendly staff. Convenient location to Culver City - coming here due to commute to work. Super clean. This is my 2nd stay. Street parking available - save $. So far no issue with finding parking. Comfortable. Walkable. I’m happy to have FOUND this place. Will continue to stay here.
