A cafe open late, serving your patrons food prepared off site in a box is sad, and LA Prime should respect their posted hours, some guests are attending functions and expect the restaurant to be open upon their return then offered boxed food as alternative.

Enjoyed the hotel. Drinks were a little pricey but to be expected. Not able to get into Prime was a disappointment and had to settle for the Asian place. Rice was really bad super mushy.

Quality Inn which has restaurants and a Café bar.
The room that was provided to me was small. You could feel the springs of mattress. Parking fee outrageous. Ice machine was not working so you have to go different floor and towers to get ice. I have stayed in lots of Westin properties but this is the worst one. In fact, you can call it Quality Inn which has restaurants and cafe bar.

The body wash was empty when we arrived. When I booked the room, there was nothing saying there was an only valley parking option and it would be 49 dollars. Windows were dirty couldn’t see through them.
