I received an email the night before checking in that my reservation was canceled, with no reason given. Although I was given accommodations at another nice hotel, it was my great desire to stay at the Bonaventure and I am extremely disappointed that my reservation was canceled with Almost no warning and no reasoning!!!

aside from the expensive hotel room, the room was old, outdated and in major need of repair. The moment you open the room you can really smell the musty, unpleasant carpet odor. We arrived in the hotel around 8-9pm, while we are checking in at the hotel, somebody was cleaning the ceiling because of the leak. I left my Air Pod Pro in the hotel, it's been 2 weeks now, but still I haven't heard from them. Every time I called the lost and found department, they are not even helpful. They just told me to go to that website to file the item that was lost or left. I will NOT recommend this hotel to any of my friend or families, and I will not be back to this hotel.
