I stayed for one night before my flight. The hotel is really nice and I loved my room. It is renovated and clean. The room vas spacious and quiet. They charged me $50 as "Destination fee" and when I asked what it is they said think of it as "Resort fee". It is a hotel next to the airport not e Vegas Resort. This was a surprise fee that I preferred they incorporated in their initial price. I don't think anyone likes surprise charges.

The fan for the air conditioner only had low and high settings, there didn’t seem to be an option to set it to automatic. It ran loudly throughout the entire night, and whenever the cooling function activated, it was so noisy that it woke everyone in the room. Additionally, the fire alarm light blinked continuously during our stay, which was distracting and could easily be mistaken for an active alarm. It was quite unsettling and disruptive.

First time visit to your hotel (and LA)

Had a last minute change of plans mid flight. Found this in a hotels.com listing. Since I have never been to the area. The shuttle service from the airport was a big plus. I went to the shuttle pickup outside LAX. ( approx 9:00pm)I watched 4 of your shuttles pass by with out pulling in. Calling the hotel just put me in a phone tree loop. I finally gave up and took a taxi. When I arrived, the desk staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The lobby looked as expected ( the listing mentioned recently renovated) when I went to the room however, the hallways were a very dark color, showing scratches all around the room doors. Although is was later, no Bell Service was offered, did realize it was available until the next day...The room was very nice and clean. The only issue I had with the room was the lack of the ability to connect my laptop to the tv display. Later I went to the Vending / Ice room to find it empty with only plumbing hookups. Calling to the desk, I was told the floors that have the ice machines. The next day there was fire alarm testing without any prior notice. My flight was changed to an overnight flight, the desk staff was able to provide for a late checkout. During the stay, nights were spent in the tap room watching the games that were on.... great assortment on the TV's. The bar staff was extremely personable and made recommendations on meals and drinks. Overall it was a great experience that was made possible by your staff.
