The first thing we noticed when stepping into the hotel room was that it REEKED like an uncleaned public bathroom. The smell was overpowering, and after doing a little investigation, we realized that the air coming out of the air conditioning unit was particularly vulgar. I don’t know what happened inside those vents, but I have genuinely never been to a hotel, nevertheless a place in America, that smelled this disgusting. The smell was the equivalent of walking straight into a sewer but being forced there to sleep all night. Some of the provided soaps such as the body wash and shampoo also smelled like the entire room, which is absolutely disgusting. Otherwise, the room was mediocre, and some things such as the light was falling apart but still usable and the shower system was nonsensical. The shuttle also arrived very slow in the morning.

The room had worn furniture and stained chairs. The only thing clean, thank God, were the top sheets on the bed. I didn’t pull them back so I can’t speak to the rest.

Old hotel, pictures make it look way nicer than it is. Was woken up at 9am by someone using power tools in the room above mine. We stayed here due to the flights being canceled so after staying up for almost two days due to the airlines we checked in at 2am and were looking foward to getting to sleep in, including my 4 yr old. Wasn’t happy when someone started using a hammer drill on the room above us at 9am. This was due to them renovating some rooms. When I went downstairs to ask them about it I was told “the construction isn’t stopping, and it was listed on the website” which it wasn’t listed anywhere. Dont stay here, they need to shut this place down.

Prebooked room was not available upon check in. They tried transferring us to a completely different hotel. Ended having to cancel and drive over 3 hours home. We booked several days in advance. Still waiting on refund status.

My room A/C unit was very loud, and my smoke alarm started chirping for a new battery after 3am. When I called for service at quarter to four am, I was told an engineer was on his way. Twenty minutes later, when no one had arrived, I called again to get assistance or a status update. An engineer eventually arrived and was able, after a few tries and test alarm bursts, to get the alarm’s chirping to stop a few minutes ago. The reason I chose this location was to get some sleep before an early flight. At $250/night, I expected a room with an already-maintained smoke alarm, instead of being woken up and spending more than half an hour in the middle of the night to get it resolved. That’s been disappointing.
