Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was extremely dirty: there was dust on the furniture, stains on the bedding, and the floor was unclean. The bathroom also felt unhygienic. I hope the management improves their cleaning standards, as the room did not meet the expected level.

Minimum requirement of a hotel room is to be insect free, wallpapers nicely finished and AC to function properly. This is not the case in this hotel. Spiders on bed has been bad experience and requested for an immediate room change.The wallpaper was torn off above the closet and under the wash basin. December month requires heater that was not working properly. So we asked for a room change and the coordination between the staff was inefficient and had to stay in cold as we went daily to visit places and come back to hotel at night. Will never go to this hotel again.

We arrive around 10 pm , there is not an entrance lobby . It is a small office that the person behind the glass window check you in . The room we got was at the end of small corridor , the heater made scary noise all night . Not enough blanket , no tissue paper in the bathroom . I slept only may be 4 hours .

Room was clean. The location was close to the metro and it was easy to move around from the airport to the hotel then to the walk of fame and universal studio. Loved the location and most importantly the price. No breakfast but they have a fridge and a microwave.

The checkin staff was friendly. The room met all my basic requirements at a great price. Just the air-cond constantly chirped a bit but that didn’t bother me. I liked there was both microwave and fridge in the room. Parking was easy and included. Not the best neighborhood or clientele, bit I would stay here again.
