I had a great stay at that hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the overall service was excellent. My room was clean and comfortable, and the showers and bathrooms were well maintained. Everything felt organized and taken care of, and the hotel had a really nice vibe. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting LA.

This is a "basic" hotel with large rooms, but without any unneeded frills. A great value for those of us simply want a "sleeping" room. I came to LA to "see the sights" -- not spend time in my room. A great shower, nice bed, lots of outlets for laptops, et.al. Who needs more? Most important, the staff was extremely helpful. When I said I needed a microwave in my room so I could prepare warm compresses for my eyes, Adul (the night clerk) had a microwave in my room within five minutes. Freehand is my choice to stay at everytime I'm in LA
