During our stay, we have experienced power outage for the first night. The hotel did acted accordingly by providing us with bottle water and luminated stick. It would be better if the hotel can provide update on service disruption by sending text or email to the client during such time.

We absolutely love this hotel. This is our go-to spot anytime we have an event in Hollywood-concerts at the Bowl, Magic Castle, and theater events are super easy to get to from here. The rooms are great, fantastic views, and trendy bar. We will be back
