We stay for one night and it was great ! The person at the front desk was very pleasant and Raul was very helpful with are luggage. We took the shuttle service to the airport and Salvador was great.

Great hotel! My new place to stay in LA
I loved everything about this place great hotel. Everyone was so polite. The room was so clean. The beds were the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. I love their new water filling station. The place was hopping nonstop. The bars and restaurants were open. Food was great. Can’t say enough about how wonderful this place was. I definitely will come back to this hotel every time I come to stay in LAX. We stayed on the eighth floor and I must disclose that the first night I kept hearing dogs barking, and I thought that there were dogs somewhere in the hotel, but then I realized that underneath on the bottom floor of the city there is a luxury dog hotel with that were boarding dogs so once I found out that that was what was the dogs barking? It didn’t bother me anymore, but if you are going to be awake at night, listening to dogs barking, you might not like it here, but it didn’t bother us at all we love dogs.

The stay was for a medical treat so it met the budget and brand name. I am a bonvoy member and former Starwood member. My only complaint was a bug of sometyoe in the bathroom as I was taking a shower. I traveled to 125 cities for workin my previous 25 year career and only found a bug in one hotel prior to this one.

I stayed here for about a week in July. Loved it. No complaints. The rooms are very elegant, clean, big super comfy beds, customer service is top notch. The valet parking was great, didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for it.

Hotel was clean very nice entry, friendly staff. Room was very clean, bathroom updated. Doors to room were banged up and elevators needed a refresh but not awful. Staff at The Daily Grill restaurant on property were excellent. Only down side….overnigt parking was $60!!!!

Everything was perfect. I will say there was quite a bit of a weight just to check in but it really wasn't that bad. The room seemed a little bit small but still good what was actually disappointing was that there seem to be mold all over the shower walls.
