This hotel was okay but not great, we got to the building and was never greeted which is fine. Checked into our room and when we got there the room is a lot smaller than anticipated. I was about to shower that night and a lot of hair on the shower walls so not sure if the bathroom was even cleaned. Our beds were super comfy and the view was nice besides windows were VERY dirty couldn’t get any pics and honestly made it hard to look out the window. Our room had a window with a broken latch so we roomed in a very noisy room since we heard everything going on outside. We skipped room service for two days and when we got room service there was plenty they left that wasn’t there when we got there, like hand towels tissues pillow spray which if we knew we would receive we would have gotten room service sooner. Very disappointed in this hotel for how much I paid. Honestly if I knew it would be like this I would have stayed in the Best Western down the road for half the price. Overall okay though.

The area surrounding this property is going through a major construction update in preparation for the LA Olympics. With that said, it can be noisy at times through the course of the day and night. The hotel is mostly modern, chic, and convenient. I would stay here again when I pass through LA.

It was a layover for a trip overseas to Australia. The beds were absolutely comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The transportation to the airport was phenomenal. The drivers were so friendly and helpful.
