Great spot for a chill LA stay

Loved the vibe. Comfy rooms and staff was great. Housekeeping seemed a bit under staffed, but I imagine the ICE raids in LA have had an impact there. Sweet but very small pool. Biggest downside was the food - very limited menu and limited hours.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The staff were incredible. Shout out to Benjamin and Benjamin at the bar as well as Aoife who made our stay memorable and entertaining. Very stylish hotel walkable to some great restaurants. Other great restaurants only a 5 minute drive away.

A Comforting Stay

I recently stayed at Palihouse West Hollywood while in town for my son’s medical procedure at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. We arrived a few days early to help keep his mind off things with some museum visits, and from the moment we checked in, the hotel exceeded our expectations. While I was at the front desk, my wife and son went to the on-site café, where they were welcomed with such warmth—it was our first glimpse into the kind of service Palihouse is known for. Each day, my son looked forward to visiting the café and chatting with the bartenders and servers, who always made time for him. Even the bar and food manager joined in, and it really helped make the space feel like a second home during a tough time. The front desk staff were just as thoughtful, offering dining suggestions and local tips that made our stay even better. Everyone we interacted with from August 2 to August 5 went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. I had written their names down on a card so I could mention them here, but unfortunately, I left it behind in the room. Still, every single member of the team during those days deserves recognition. Through what could have been a stressful and emotional trip, Palihouse provided comfort, kindness, and a sense of calm. We’re now big fans and will absolutely be staying here again whenever we’re in Los Angeles.

Came up to LA for a weekend and tried this hotel. It was a great location, good rate and looked nice online. We really liked it and will stay there again. Had a great stay. The design is pretty maximalist with some choices that might not be for everyone (we had a big table in our room), but we enjoyed it. The bed and shower are really nice. Didn’t check out the pool. Lobby restaurant is nice as well but we only got coffee there. Rooms had nespresso but there’s a barista in the restaurant. There was a minor issue or two but the front desk was super responsive and took care of everything. Valet was quick too. Great staff all around. We couldn’t have enjoyed the location more and had some great spots around it for coffee and breakfast if you want to venture out of the hotel. It’s a remodel of an older hotel and not super tall so there was street noise on 3rd Saturday night we could hear. If that’s a a concern maybe ask to not face that way if possible. Didn’t keep me up though.

Great spot- love the decor. Not your average design. Lovely bar. The pool was very cute, they managed to make a small space feel inviting. The bed was really comfortable and we enjoyed the small touches like the candy and waters offered in the lounges. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Kudo's to Ben and Justin (bar/restaurant) and reception staff. So much fun and provided so many great recommendations for dinner and entertainment. Will definitely stay here again if ever we are in L.A. again. Only one slight negative for the room amenities - there was no vanity in the bathroom for toiletries and our particular room did not have a full-length closet to hang our formal wear. Otherwise - beautifully decorated and staff.

Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. Most importantly under the circumstances of how dangerous LA has become and our arrival close to 10pm the staff and security were there to make us feel comfortable and safe.

Stylish hotel great location

Our 2nd stay at this property. So well located and all the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Megan at Front Desk was our main point of contact and made sure our stay went smoothly. Great housekeeping team and big thanks to Monica who kept our room tip top and well stocked. Everyone from the Valet staff and Guys working outside made sure to check we were ok and made us feel safe and comfortable. Palihouse West Hollywood Hotel is beautifully designed. We felt right at home with easy access to our favourite LA places.

Lovely spot. Rooms are delightful. Plenty of amenities and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Staff very nice and accommodating. All around a fabulous place to stay in West Hollywood. Will be back!

Great experience at Palihouse! Such a cute boutique hotel with great staff and very clean rooms! This location in particular was a bit more dated than others but still charming.

The property is cute older, Carpet in the room is not my favorite, but it felt clean and it was comfortable. The disappointing part was there was four choices to choose from in the restaurant a very limited menu you couldn’t bring outside food in and they had a very limited selection.
