There were 2 elevators, one was broken which seems like no big deal but we actually lost a lot of time waiting to go up and down whenever we were going to and from the hotel.

Great hotel! Reserved as it was close to El Rey theater. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy; check in staff was super nice and although systems were down due to the outage I was not waiting a long time. The valet staff was amazing! I had to go in and out quite a bit and they were more than accommodating. The room had everything I needed and clean and cozy! Great stay highly recommended!

Angelo the bartender was the star of the show for our short trip. He was warm and inviting with a great attitude and held great conversation. Angelo was able to answer questions regarding the area and amenities of the hotel. The only downside to the hotel would be not having the option to self park.

We stayed there for 4 nights and initially, our experience was quite pleasant. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were satisfactory. However, on the last day of our stay, we encountered a major issue that significantly impacted our overall impression. The toilet in our room wouldn't flush and soon started overflowing, flooding the entire room floor. It was a distressing situation, especially since it happened just before our departure. Although the staff responded and vacuumed up the water and addressed the issue, the inconvenience and stress caused by this incident overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. While we appreciate the staff's effort to resolve the problem, the overall experience was not as good as we had hoped. We expected a smoother and more enjoyable stay, and this incident left us quite disappointed.
