Keeps Deposits without returning. Makes stories up as to why they keep your money, without notice. When you check in they do not inform you the deposit is for them to keep. Very rude morning staff, when you’re on vacation the worst experience. No microwave in the room. They have the microwave downstairs in the hallway under the stairs
