The property in itself is pretty clean, friendly staff. However the location wasn’t really the best. But at the end of the day, you get what you pay for… so no complaints there. But all in all, if staying there for a few nights and need something affordable, I’ll recommend you this hotel. The hotel has a microwave room doesn’t come with a microwave in each room, so it’s shared.

My personal items were thrown away in the trash with my medication inside. The management never reached out to me. I had to call them everyday for an update and how to resolve the issue. They only offered me 20% off my last day stay which was left as a note by the front dest clerk. I never received and apology. I asked for my room to be cleaned they didn't wipe off any of the surface spaces just made the bed up and replaced towels. The room had bugs. I seen bugs in the shower and in the room with the microwave.

The hotel was nice, quaint, and overall, very comfortable, but the neighborhood was a little unsettling. It was not disclosed in the advertisement that it was in a rough area and there was no security on site. It was still a good visit, no mishaps, but it would have been nice to know what to expect when I got there.

I booked with this hotel, however the date was incorrect (it was 4pm and I accidentally booked the day of). I tried calling the hotel to correct the date, however they would not answer their phone. When I contacted Expedia support, they told me the roof was non refundable. Essentially, i made an honest mistake that should have been an easy fix. I feel scammed and will never book her ever again.

I was greeted by a receptionist with a smile. The room was clean and spacious, bed was nice and firm (I don’t like bouncy bed haha).
