There’s additional parking fee of $12. The bath tub is extremely tricky to use. I couldn’t close doors of the drawer. Some bulbs of lights were dead. But overall building has good looking and has been well managed. Clean and price was very reasonable.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff were courteous and the bus stop out the front was convenient. However, the $40 early check in fee is steep, the area is how you doing for tourists, and noise travels so the guests talking in the hallway and stomping around their room upstairs kept us up late. Despite the nice room, I wouldn't stay here again due to the noise and location.

The staff here are exceptional. Super friendly and super accommodating. Facilities are good and the Coffee and flavoured water station was great. The location might seem a little bit away from downtown Gardena, but the combination of the LAX Connector and the #5 bus means it only cost $1 to be dropped off at the door. The other buses #2 and #4 stop is just around the corner and will take you pretty much everywhere. Even pretty close to the door of Hertz for that longer trip. There's a laundromat and convenience store directly across the road. What more could you want for a business trip. All round the place was great for my needs.
