I reserved a room, not a handicap room. The bed was hard not comfortable and very low.The TV remote was terrible could not understand how to operate . I gave 4 stars for customer service and cleanness.

I chose this hotel brcause it was near an event I was attending. The facility was clean. The room needed updating but efficient. I loved the breakfast buffet; not just pastries and cereal. The hotel is not near many activities but the public transportation status was a short walk outside the hotel. If I needed to stay in the area again, I would stay there again.
