Many things weren't working. AC was too warm, couldn't adjust the dial, microwave didn't work, no freezer in fridge, ice machine in hall broken and curtains where stuck in one place and couldnt sleep in. We were there on business so came in 9pm and just wanted to sleep. Shower only had very hot water. Too late to be bothered with help and no help available anyway. Receptionist said she would give us extra points for next visit but had to get supervisor to approve in the morning. We DIDN'T RECEIVE the POINT'S or even a letter of APOLOGY. . I left a written message about my concerns. No one knew about it I think a comped stay would belp. Victoria Lewis

Great Stop near LAX

Everything was wonderful, all the staff are excellent. The only thing I have to critique is that the Peloton Bike wasn't working at all, but otherwise wonderful!
