Extremely uncomfortable bed. Had back pain every morning. Woke up numerous times through the night. Air Conditioner was terrible...never got cold or cool. Water temperature in shower would go up and down without touching the handle. I will never stay here again

Nice But Not Great

We stayed here for a festival in Long Beach because it was cheaper. Overall we had a nice stay. Pros: The beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked great. The area also seemed really safe and was quiet. Cons: The pillows were a little lumpy and flat. The water temperature was inconsistent getting really hot one second and freezing the other without touching the handle. The water pressure also was very low and weak. There were several unknown stains on the carpet. No continental breakfast but they do offer free coffee and lemon water in the mornings in the lobby. Overall it was a nice stay but not a great one.

The location was easy to navigate to and close to highways. Within close distance to gas, Starbucks and fast food. The staff were all really nice too.

Check in was fine. Down stairs was clean. However rooms were dirty. Mold in the bathroom, walls had hand prints and dirt all over them. The curtains had blood stains. Rooms are extremely tiny reminds me of a college dorm. This place is basically like an upgrade from motel 6. The pictures online fooled me. It was convenient for the time being as I only slept here but I wouldn’t stay here again.
