Room was dirty, old and the shower didn’t work. They gave an other room were the shower was functional but still not the cleanest. Parking fee is $60 per day. It was a terrible experience.

I like the Friendlines of the staff. Also the little convenience store. I didnt like the status of maintenance of the room. The sockets didnt work properly. The bathrrom needs maintenance. Also we didnt like the poor offer on the restaurant for the "lunch" althoug the breakfast was very good. But on the other hand at midday the restaurant was closed. Thats no good.

Consider all surrounding hotels.

This hotel is so old and dated. It felt like we were staying at a concentration camp/army barrack. The hallways and rooms were not appealing at all. No sound proofing in rooms and was up most of the night due to the noisy neighbours. It actually felt unsafe staying there, as our room was surrounded by dozens of single men staying in the surrounding rooms, with no luggage. Check in took AGES as we arrived in the middle of the night and there was only the one person working at the check in counter, with dozens of people waiting to check in.

360 nightly deposit?!

360 deposit for a one night stay is RIDICULOUS. Not even a 5 star hotel charges that much. Airport shuttle doesn’t run on schedule. It’ll come when it comes… says the front desk. Rooms are old and run down

The room was so old and crammed. The closet door wouldn’t open to fit my luggage in, the tv was too small with very limited channels to watch. Parking is a whopping $55 and incidentals was $350 which they so kindly waived for me after learning that I’m a fire evacuee with an 8yo kid. Their lobby smells really good though.

The location, condition, and staff were wonderful. The only issue I had is that all rooms did not have refrigerators and micro waves which proved to be very inconvenient. If I had know that, I would have chosen another hotel.
