The AC was not working in my room. The shower gel and shampoo containers in the shower were empty. It took the elevators more than 15 minutes to go up and down. We attended a birthday party at the hotel for my niece and the server threw the plates with cake on the table. Very disrespectful.

All staff were friendly and helpful, very accommodating when I arrived early from my Train. Our rooms were corner rooms and very roomy. The Garden was an extra treat as well as the back entrance (second floor door) to Little Tokyo. The Hotel was in walking distance to Union Station, Whole Foods Market and Grand Central Market. The Hotel's Restaurant staff were nice and the food was good.

Will never stay again!
The room smelled like a cat had been dead in it for a century. The pillows were horrible. Bathrooms reminded me of world war II Warsaw Dentention center. Was immediately charged a $50 vallet fee due to no parking available. I had to pay that and suddenly needed to retrieve something from my car. Went down stairs with the Vallet guy and saw plenty of parking spaces! Honestly, who robbs their guests like that! Lol Overall, horrible experience.

Clean place and nice people. Downside was no ice with an ice machine. Had a nice stay with no problems. Not enough parking, as the parking lot is shared with the public.
