I liked the cleanliness of the property and consistent maintenance of housekeeping. The one unpleasant experience I had was the one time I had breakfast on the restaurant and the server’s clothes were in contact with my food 3 times.

No frills at its utmost
Most definitely no frills. No water glasses in the room. Called to have some glasses brought to us. They never came. No water bottles provided. No mini fridge. Pretty sad.

Over priced for what you get.
First thing the wait for the shuttle was poor,then when it did arrive he drove past us and we had to run for a couple of hundred yards to catch him before he left and this was with 3 cases. Room was pretty dated and not the cleanest with a big black hair stuck to the toilet pan. They charge for wifi which is ridiculous these days. Says wifi is free in public areas,I couldnt find any free wifi.The buffet breakfast was $40 each,not a bad choice but stil not worth that. Most drinks at the bar are around $20 each but the best of all was $11 for a litre of water at the little store. I could have got 2 gallons of gas for the same price. Its an absolute price gouging. I wont be back.

Upon arrival we were greeted with valet offering to park and someone to take the baggage. The lobby was gorgeous and decorated for the holiday. All hotel food facilities (3) were easily identified, had menus available at the entrance and varied from cafe open 24/7, a bar and grill and an elegant sit down option. Checking in was fast and easy. Our baggage was delivered to the room. Within minutes my children discovered a cockroach the size of my thumb. But that and half of the rooms lights and tv were not operating required action. My daughter took a photo of the bug and we returned to front desk. The hotel responded with a new upgraded room, provided $40 in food vouchers and sent the baggage man back up to assist in the relocation. The baggage man was very upset and embarrassed by the bug and condition of the room. He took photos of everything and after delivering the luggage to the new room came back shortly with an addition $100 of food vouchers. The beds provided a comfortable sleep. The fitness room was clean and provided a full spectrum of equipment, towels and water. The pool was heated and large and multiple hot tubs were avaiable. Towels were prodided poolside as well. Unfortunately previous visitors trash was laying around as were used band aids. Overall the stay couldve been a 5 star if it were not for the roach and the band aids as hotel offered alot and the people representing it were amazing from baggage man to front desk to bar tender.
