Fantastic location if you want close to LAX and car rental returns. The free airport shuttle is a bonus, although the driver could maybe smile every now and then. The free 30 minutes of self parking to unload, check in and leave again isn't long enough - I was charged $16.50 USD for 34 minutes, which was how long it took to get my luggage, check in, take it to my room and then get back to my car and drive to the exit. This should definitely be extended - I was in a queue at check in so it was completely out of my control (and as a solo traveller, didn't have anybody to assist!!). There is a lot of noise overnight, I guess from people arriving on flights, and also from housekeeping. My room was interconnecting and the adjoining room guests attempted a number of time to open the (locked!) door between our rooms late at night. My room compendium had a lot of information missing. All of the staff that I dealt with were fantastic and helpful however. All in all - I was a little disappointed and there were certain aspects that I believe could definitely be done better for a Hilton hotel in respect of the facilities and amenities, although the staff and location go some way towards making up for it.

Proximity to airport and free airport shuttle a plus. Staff pleadant and helpful . Rooms clean. Needs more staff at reception for check in and check out. 1 staffmember in the morning for a long line of people is inadequate.

The staff were amazing. Unfortunately when I stayed there was an earthquake 7.1 (worst in 20 years - LA). After the Incident there was no communication and I was terrified. I was told if I left and booked another hotel I would get a full refund (extremely generous of the hotel). However they did not honour this agreement.

We had a good stay there. Unfortunately there was a construction at the spa next to us which interrupted our sleep. Otherwise, everything else was good and the people were very friendly! Thank you!
