This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Pendry, West Hollywood, and both times it has been excellent. Beautiful rooms, excellent service, great dining options.

After looking at various hotel listings, I landed on the Pendry West Hollywood, hoping for a romantic stay for my partner and me. I'm so glad I did. We both loved the hotel's retro-modern feel, the amenties, and the breakfast on the rooftop. We hope to come back soon.

We had a really wonderful stay - feels like luxury but not pretentious or stuffy at all. Fantastic amenities, and really great food on the rooftop.

Stayed for a 2 night business trip. Great location. Clean and upgraded hotel. The shower was like getting a power wash.

The Pendry Hotel is always an amazing experience. The customer service is hands down the best in hotel experiences. The rooftop restaurant's food and atmosphere are exquisite.

Nice stay

It was awesome this was my second stay and I really enjoyed it everything was nice and so clean my only regret was the price for parking I feel like we are already paying a huge amount for our stay and have to pay 70 for is insane but I had a great time

Not a 5-star hotel anymore

Service has gotten way worse since the last time I stayed 6 months ago. Hotel did not give me the room I paid for initially. Gave me one without view and called it an upgrade. No service at the pool at all. $70 overnight parking fee is new. The valet folks scratched the flap of the car’s charging port because they couldn’t open it. Very unfortunate.
