We love the Sunset Tower Hotel!

We had an amazing time on our two night stay at the Sunset Tower Hotel. The staff were excellent. The food was delicious. The pool was everything we expected. The place definitely has the chill, old Hollywood vibe.

We stayed for two nights for our anniversary and it was the perfect stay. Everything about this beautiful property was exceptional. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of prosecco to our room to celebrate our anniversary. The room was beautiful with an amazing view and timeless classic decor. Great spacious rainfall shower, fluffy luxurious bedding, Nespresso coffee. This property is run by the most thoughtful and caring staff! Natasha at the restaurant was so welcoming making us feel like we were special and cared for. Our French waiter from Bordeaux was very attentive and fun! We enjoyed dinner and breakfast overlooking the pool with an amazing view of LA. Both were delicious! We loved the amazing view and timeless classic decor of our room. Great spacious rainfall shower, fluffy luxurious bedding, Nespresso coffee. This property is run by the most thoughtful and caring staff! Natasha at the restaurant was so welcoming making us feel like we were special and cared for. Our French waiter from Bordeaux was very attentive and fun! We enjoyed dinner and breakfast overlooking the pool with an amazing view of LA. Both were delicious! We also loved the turn down service at 5pm with cookies and water brought to our room. If you want a little old world Hollywood glamour with attention to detail and great service you will really enjoy this place. We made beautiful memories and hope to come back soon!

Superbly Refined

This place simply exudes 1930s classical elegance. The cocktails at The Tower Bar are top-notch, and the wonderful food menu is superb! Breakfast at the terrace is beautiful, and the staff service is excellent. This is a vintage experience, and there’s a reason why it’s popular with Hollywood A-Lister’s.

Everything about this hotel was wrong for the minute. We walked in the door. They made a mistake of running my credit card too many times which triggered and activated a fraud alert in which they tried to say that we were either not who we were or stealing from the hotel. The bill was rectified immediately once contacted the bank and they still were aggressive. My girlfriend was even Worried for her safety. By the pool, they didn’t give us trays. Just eat off the ground. Try to get a reservation within the hotel for dinner, but they didn’t reserve tables for anybody who is staying there. They were extremely rude and after we left after only being there for four hours, they said that on the phone they have clientele that “rents by the hour“. And then proceeded to try to charge me for a night that I didn’t even stay there. Stay away from this hotel they are the worst.

Wonderfully Charming

This hotel is wonderfully charming!! The hotel staff provided top notch service & there were several celeb spotting throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious for L.A. cozy, and having a natural breeze with the open window & view of L.A made it extra special! I can’t wait to return!!!
