Beautiful hotel. Great staff.

Great hotel. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately we returned to our room in the evening to find that the cleaning staff had left the sliding doors wide open and our room was fully accessible from the level three public sundeck. Originally we thought we had been robbed but luckily nothing was taken. Housekeeping did not replace toiletries which felt a little cheap. Miles in the breakfast room was terrific. Concierge was helpful with dinner reservations. Rooftop is closed for renovations although this information was not made public on their website.

Oasis on the Sunset Strip

Second time I’ve stayed here, 8 years apart. I’m not familiar with LA and a bit overwhelmed by it. Hotel is quiet and safe even though it’s next to the Viper Room and Sunset Strip. Concierge organised a car from LAX and there’s a town car service from the hotel within a 2km radius. Rooms are spacious, cool bathrooms, and the rooftop terrace and pool are awesome. Some works being done. Felt the food options had slipped a tad from last time, but still more than acceptable, just not spectacular.

Great location and classic vibe hotel

Very happy and will be back. Very comfortable bed and great shower. The location is perfect for West Hollywood. Highly recommend this hotel and will always stay there when ever we are in the area. Staff were great. Price was good. Yes yes yes
