Horrible loud concert noise. Worst noise ever experienced at a hotel. But staff were amazing about taking care of it. Overall price, fees, and auto tips on the food and beverage were outrageous making the VIP discount worthless if you don't want to pay their prices. Barely makes a dent.

The people of the hotel were amazing- from house keeping, breakfast staff and the bar staff Nina stood out to me. Beautiful hotel with beautiful history! The AC was too loud and the mattress was not comfortable. Otherwise great stay
