Room - ironing board doesn’t stand up. Table light wall socket was unstable, so you need to push it in the wall to stay on. The removable shower head does not stay in place. The shower switch for temperature doesn’t read correctly- hot water is not where it says. We called a maintenance man and looked stupid as you had to turn the dial completely around to get hot. The coffee machine needs leaning the first cup of hot water for a cup of tea was brown. The pillows are too low individually and too high with two pillows. You lift up the phone and thinks it’s not working but you have to push talk first. And to top if off the previous occupant had set an alarm for 6.00am which of course woke us. The bar staff were very helpful and the food was great. The hotel need to pay some attention to the maintenance of the details in the room. At least the room was very clean

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. Typical airport hotel (in the 4 stars range). I must take one star off for the excessive parking charges ($75 valet parking!) and buffet breakfast ($172 for two adults and two children!).

I have been trying for two days to contact them via Expedia to confirm my late arrival due to a flight cancellation. I have received no response. Calling them also doesn’t work -/ they have a dysfunctional “virtual assistant” that just wastes time and the front desk do not pick up the phone.
