The front desk staff was pleasant and easy to work with. The room was clean and comfortable with good water pressure and ample sundries. The check out was easy with just a key drop off. And the complimentary shuttle service made it a seamless trip to the airport

Was charged extra for my kids being in room. Room TVs were so old they could not stream, cleaning staff was laughing and joking in staff only area and never cleaned our room in two days. I had to go get towels myself. Cleaning crews did not speak any English. Basically for the feeling they were not trying to impress anyone people will stay there anyway because it is the airport Hyatt.
