I was impressed by the beautifully decorated 1st and 2nd floors. I constantly felt freezing during my 5-day stay. I increased the temperature, but it didn't get warmer to my satisfaction. I don't drink coffee. The single serve coffee machine was provided for ground coffee. No tea was provided. It was hard for me to relax in the room without having tea. I felt a couple of times that I bothered the doormen. When they were busy taking care of other guests, some were not courteous.

Hotel presents itself as a solid business hotel. Wasn't impressed with the restaurant for breakfasts and there's a period of time that the restaurant/bar is closed which I learned when I went for a late lunch. Staff was very good, check-in is easy and location in terms of downtown is also very good.

Prime is an amazing person, he is the top reason I would stay here again…the premium room with breakfast and happy hour was amazing as well!!! I will NEVER valet park here!! They scratch the Maserati and said it was like that when I gave it to them sooo please take pictures and videos of your car bcuz handing them your keys!!!! I will forever self park

The courtesy vehicle was prefect and very helpful to get around downtown, the location was great it seemed away from chaos and safe but close to the places we wanted to get to. The staff was very attentive and quick to bring anything we needed.

Was only in town overnight for the Beyoncé Cowboy Carter Tour. I showed up a bit early for check-in but was greeted warmly and helped immediately. From the valet staff all the way to the front desk staff ( Mr. Prime is an ultimate professional), our welcome was extremely pleasant. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
