The room was impeccable - and even smelled wonderful. The body care products were top notch. The service- from the front desk to the valet and driver services to the restaurant - were all above and beyond. We felt welcome and well cared for.

It was torrential rain and the hotel did not have umbrellas to give out. They “ran out of them”. Also when checking out I called for my car to be brought around and valet never answered so called the front desk who said they’d talk to valet to bring it around. I went down 5 minutes after and the valet still did not have my car at the front and he had no idea to do so. This almost caused me to miss my flight.

Room missed essentials. Old and dingy. There was no breakfast except one resturant. TV channels were extremely over-priced. Called desk for essentials and was never delivered until we went to the frnt desk ourselves to get them.

It was a nice environment, my favorite part was the water pressure. I have thick hair and most hotels water pressure in showers take me for ever to wash my hair. The staff were nice however we called for an extra blanket and waited over 30 minutes before just going to go get it ourselves. We needed the extra blanket because our booked room was booked once we arrived so we settled for

I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and very well maintained. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and made us feel right at home from check-in to check-out.
