I like that I could walk to the Broad and MOCA. The hotel has easy access to the highway. The staff was great. The only negative during my stay was that there was no hot water when I woke up late on Thursday. Also, I wish there was more variety with the room service menu.

Quiet neighbourhood, close to grand central market, Angel’s flight too. Hotel was luxury back in the day. Well maintained but lacking in staff. Garbage sitting in hallway for 2 days. Rooms are quite dim. Beds comfy and rooms spacious. Bathrooms clean.

We travel at list a couple times a year I have never experienced such an amazing time like OMNI hotel. One of the day we did not get room service probably we left the sign out side,that was miss understanding ,but the way they handle the situation was just professional. The lady I didn’t ask hername,very helpful. the staff, receptionists the whole valet team just friendly and helpful. Thank you for make it our visit Los Angeles memorable 🙏

Simply the best

We don’t stay anywhere else. The staff are the best; rooms are excellent; quiet; great location at the museum, concert and theaters. Dining is very easy and you can ask the chef to alter your meal. We love if here.

Loved the hotel and staff went above and beyond. Frank and James at the bar were fantastic and made us feel like vips. Complimentary car service was fantastic too. Loved it so much we stayed at the Omni in San Diego too! Only complaint was valet is expensive. Used SpotHero app and parked down the road for $12 a night instead of 70 for valet.
