The area was safe and staff were great. The AC didn't work but I did not need it and I'm sure if I told staff they would have taken care of the issue. My stay was amazing and I would recommend to friends.

Staff is nice however the water was turned off for over an hour. The water never got hot. We changed room two times the first room. The television did not work was not Internet. The second room was antiquated and didn’t have Internet capability. Shall I go on?

The person at the front desk was very sweet. Unfortunately when we got to the room, which was nice, the toilet didn't work. So we asked to change rooms. He was very accommodating, and moved us to the room next door. The new room was much older, not as nice as the first room, not as many amenities,and dirty. With stains on the chair, which I avoided sitting on. Not sure why we got DOWNgraded because THEIR toilet didn't work. Really disappointed in Ramada. Do better!
