It was my first solo trip & I was definitely very nervous going into this because the reviews were half & half BUT, I absolutely loved everything about CitizenM! Checking in was easy, the room was so cozy, I loved that everything was controlled by the iPad & there was security there every time I entered and exited the building. I’d 100% recommend this place & when I come back to LA, I will be staying here again!

I liked everything about the CitizenM downtown Los Angeles hotel. The staff members are fantastic, super helpful, and friendly. The rooms have a nice modern touch and are very clean. The housekeeping staff also performed a very nice job and are also very friendly. The location is exceptional and every attraction within the downtown area is more or less walkable from this property. There are several restaurants around. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Los Angeles.

nice hotel but had to step over homeless ppl fighting right outside the front door one night and another man slapping a woman he was with also by the front door the next night. was too crazy for me.
