I stayed at the hotel for 1 week, it has a great location in Downtown LA and very convenient to a variety of places. The staff was very friendly including the housekeeping staff they were very nice and friendly. I felt secure at this location, all of the security staff was very helpful with directions and information about the area. Shoutout to Quinton, the security guard who answered any questions I had and directions provided. I will definitely stay at this location and other Citizen M hotels across the country. The only downside was the mattress on the bed was too hard. I would suggest they offer some soft mattress options especially for people with back problems like myself. Overall my stay was amazing and thank you all for what you do!

My overall stay was good at CitizenM. The staff are friendly and the servers at the bar are amazing. My only complaint would be that for two nights of our stay the hotel's air conditioning was not working which made the room very hot and unpleasant especially during the night. The hotel was aware of this issue and stated that they were actively working on it but it still persisted until the day of checkout.

It's in the middle of Downtown LA and a 10 minute walk or less to a food hall, the Broad museum, coffee, donuts, bagels, the metro, and more. A 20 minute bike ride to Echo park. Out LA trip was car-free, and we were in easy proximity to buses, trains and rental bikes. The staff was friendly and helpful.
